14-day returns

If you're not happy with a regular (non-printed) item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Printed apparel and totes

Our printed tees, hoodies and tote bags are made to order just for you, so they're final sale and can't be returned for size or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or misprinted? We'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

How to start a return

1. Email ivorywhiskers@proton.me with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
