Halloween delivery

Order by Friday, October 16 for the best chance of US delivery before Halloween. Orders placed after that date may arrive after October 31.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to many international destinations. International rates and delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout. The delivery times and free-shipping offer below apply to US orders.

Delivery times (US)

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed. That includes 1–3 business days to prepare your order (printed tees, hoodies and totes are made to order just for you) plus shipping time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.

If your order contains items that ship from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

Shipping costs

Free standard US shipping on orders of $35 or more. For orders under $35, the shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination and is shown before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at ivorywhiskers@proton.me with your order number and we'll help sort it out.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before your order is produced.
